Weekly Highlights

• From all of us at IntelligentCross, we’d like to wish everyone a very pleasant and safe Thanksgiving Holiday.

• Last week, IntelligentCross set a new record for daily matched shares, rising above 220 million single counted on 11/14. Growth was driven in part by another record week in demi-block and larger matching (starting at 2000 shares) as well as match quantity versus IOC order types.

• Platform market share of total consolidated volume (TCV) remained above 170bps for the week, while our market share of Tier 1 names set a new record at just over 214bps on 11/16.

• While overall market-wide execution conditions remained in line with last week, and therefore easier than the weeks between late October and early November, ETF market share continues to decline with volatility. Nevertheless, IntelligentCross continues to build its presence in this important trading group, and last week we saw a record in the number of daily ordered names on the platform, and more importantly in year to date records in hit rates and spread savings for orders in ETFs displayed on our free market data feed, IQX.
